Terms of Service

By using Crammify, you agree to these terms. Don't do illegal stuff, don't abuse the AI, pay for what you use, and we'll do our best to keep the service running.

Crammify is operated by Clawmark Studio. The service is provided "as-is" with no warranty. The legal entity is run by an adult guardian on behalf of the founder, Zayden Zukerman (age 13).

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Sign in with Google or Apple. We don't support email/password accounts.
• One person, one account. Don't share login credentials.

• Generate flashcards from your own notes or chosen topics.
• Save, edit, and export your decks.
• Use Crammify for personal study or for your own students (if you have a Class subscription).
• Cancel anytime.

• Submit content that violates copyright, depicts illegal acts, or contains hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
• Use Crammify to cheat on exams or assignments where flashcards are not permitted.
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Share your subscription with people outside your tier limit (e.g. give Premium login to 5 friends).
• Use the AI to generate harmful content or to attempt to bypass safety filters.
• Resell Crammify or build a competing service on top of our API.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
• Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• No refunds for partial periods, but if a charge was a clear mistake, contact us at billing@crammify.com and we'll work it out.
• Prices are in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion if you pay from another country.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times. If it keeps failing, we'll downgrade you to the Free tier.

Crammify uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate flashcards. AI can be wrong, biased, or misleading. Always verify important facts before relying on a flashcard.

You own the flashcards generated for you, subject to: (1) the underlying facts are not copyrightable, and (2) we can use aggregate, anonymized patterns about what kinds of content people generate to improve the service.

We aim for high uptime, but we don't promise the service will always be available. If we go down, we'll bring it back as fast as we can. We don't owe refunds for short outages.

If we shut Crammify down permanently, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially the "What you can't do" list). For serious violations (e.g. CSAM, threats of violence), we'll terminate immediately and may report to authorities.

You can delete your account anytime from the account page.

Crammify is provided "as-is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. If we're found liable anyway, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you by email and post the new version. Continuing to use Crammify after changes means you agree.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes go to courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
